To all players,
To everyone at TRAUM TRAINING,
First of all, enjoy football with all your heart.
Try to enjoy it.
Try to become even better.
Try to think differently.
Show something no one else can do.
Once you handle the ball with total freedom,
your world will change.
Because the ball never lies.
Yahiro Kazama

What is TRAUM TRAINING?
TRAUM TRAINING is a place where "you" become better.
For children who want to improve at football, or who are just beginning to play,
we pass on the essential “technique” that Yahiro Kazama has valued throughout his career.
Our hope is for every player to truly enjoy football, wherever they play, whichever team they belong to, now and in the future, and at any age.
TRAUM TRAINING is a place where we work together on the pitch to turn the passion for improvement into reality.

Our Philosophy for Children
“I want children to enjoy football with true freedom.”
That is what Yahiro Kazama has always believed.
Children have ideas and possibilities that adults could never imagine.
When they are able to express them, football becomes even more enjoyable, and they become even better.
What they need in order to express those ideas is technique.
At TRAUM TRAINING, we value the essential techniques of football and teach them with care and conviction.
We believe this is the foundation for enjoying football anywhere, with anyone.
“TRAUM” means “dream” in German.
This is not “dreamlike training.” It is training for players to create their own dreams, one after another.
The stronger your vision and your desire, the better you can become.
Desire strongly. Expect more from yourself.

Our coaches, many of whom have learned directly from Yahiro Kazama over many years, teach “technique” with great care and uncompromising attention to detail. These techniques become the weapons that empower players to play with total freedom, no matter where their journey takes them.
We believe that three types of technique are essential for a player’s growth: “technique for handling the ball,” “technique for using the body,” and “technique for using the brain.”
It is important for each player to develop all three and to play with them in balance. Each area may improve or break down at different times, but those moments are also opportunities to expand the triangle.
By repeating this cycle, we aim to keep enlarging the triangle while maintaining its balance.
We define football technique through six elements: “Control, Kick, Carry, Receive, Beat, Scan / No Scan."
To win and score goals, these six techniques must connect seamlessly, and every one of them is essential.
Under a clear coaching philosophy and methodology, our coaches continue to work together to ensure that each player can develop these abilities while making the most of their individuality.
